EGG PEPPER MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • Egg - 4
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
  • Green chili - 1
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Pepper powder - 2-3tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Jeera-1/2tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil-3tsp
PREPARATION

  • Boil the eggs and cut them into two pieces.
  • In a pan add oil, jeera, onion, curry leaves, green chili, and cook till changes its color.
  • Add ginger-garlic
    paste and tomato. once tomato becomes mushy add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and 1tsp of pepper powder,
  • Add little water and cook the masala well.
  • Once the oil separates from gravy add eggs and 2tsp of pepper powder.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves,
  • Side dish for lemon rice, dosa, and chapathi.
