INGREDIENTS
- Egg - 4
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste- 1tsp
- Green chili - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Red chili powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Pepper powder - 2-3tsp
- Curry leaves
- Jeera-1/2tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Water
- Oil-3tsp
- Boil the eggs and cut them into two pieces.
- In a pan add oil, jeera, onion, curry leaves, green chili, and cook till changes its color.
- Add ginger-garlic
paste and tomato. once tomato becomes mushy add salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and 1tsp of pepper powder, - Add little water and cook the masala well.
- Once the oil separates from gravy add eggs and 2tsp of pepper powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves,
- Side dish for lemon rice, dosa, and chapathi.
