INGREDIENTS
- Mushroom - 200gms
- Small onion -50gms
- Red chilli - 5-6(without seeds)
- Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
- Pepper powder -1/4tsp
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- Coconut -1/4cup
- Coriander leaves
- Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
- Groundnut oil - 2-3tsp
- Water
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and small onions. once onion changes its colour add red chilli and curry leaves.
- Then add turmeric powder, pepper powder, mushrooms and salt and cook for 2 mins and add 1/2cup water.
- close and cook for 5-7 mins. lastly, add coconut. (ut the coconut into small pieces).garnish with coriander leaves.
