MUSHROOM PALLIPALAYM

INGREDIENTS

  • Mushroom - 200gms
  • Small onion -50gms
  • Red chilli - 5-6(without seeds)
  • Turmeric powder- 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder -1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Coconut -1/4cup
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
  • Groundnut oil - 2-3tsp
  • Water
PREPARATION

  •  In a pan add oil, mustard seeds and small onions. once onion changes its colour add red chilli and curry leaves.
  • Then add turmeric powder, pepper powder, mushrooms and salt and cook for 2 mins and add 1/2cup water.
  • close and cook for 5-7 mins. lastly, add coconut. (ut the coconut into small pieces).garnish with coriander leaves.
