INGREDIENTS
- Peanuts - 1cup
- Cashewnut -1/2cup
- Badam - 1/4cup(optional)
- Coconut - 1/2cup(grated)
- Cardamom- 2
- Ghee- 2tsp
- Jaggery or brown sugar - 3tsp
- Salt - 1pinch
- In a pan dry roast the peanut for 5-7 mins(skin should come out of the peanuts).
- In the same pan add cashews, cardamom, badam, and dry roast for 2 mins.
- Remove the skin from peanuts and keep it aside.
- Add 1tsp of ghee and roast the coconut. (till the colour changes into light brown)
- In a mixer grinder add peanuts and grind to powder.then add nuts, jaggery and salt and make it into powder.
- Add everything with coconut and mix well.
- Grease hands with ghee and make the mixture into balls.
- Can store in an airtight for 3 days in room temperature or store in the
fridge for 1week. - Healthy snack.
