PEANUT LADDU

    

 Cooking time - 30mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Peanuts - 1cup         
  • Cashewnut -1/2cup
  • Badam - 1/4cup(optional)
  • Coconut - 1/2cup(grated)
  • Cardamom- 2
  • Ghee- 2tsp
  • Jaggery or brown sugar - 3tsp
  • Salt - 1pinch
PREPARATION

  • In a pan dry roast the peanut for 5-7 mins(skin should come out of the peanuts).
  • In the same pan add cashews, cardamom, badam, and dry roast for 2 mins.
  • Remove the skin from peanuts and keep it aside.
  • Add 1tsp of ghee and roast the coconut. (till the colour changes into light brown)
  • In a mixer grinder add peanuts and grind to powder.then add nuts, jaggery and salt and make it into powder.
  • Add everything with coconut and mix well.
  • Grease hands with ghee and make the mixture into balls.
  • Can store in an airtight for 3 days in room temperature or store in the
    fridge for 1week.
  • Healthy snack.
