RAGI PUTTU

INGREDIENTS

  • Ragi flour - 1cup
  • jaggery - 1/4cup
  • coconut - 100gms
  • water
  • salt - 1pinch
PREPARATION

  • In a bowl add ragi flour, salt, and water, mix the flour with water by adding water. (add only a little water till flour holds shape)
  • steam the ragi flour in idly cooker for 10 mins by sprinkle water.
  • once steamed take flour and mix with jaggery and coconut.
  • sweet ragi puttu is ready.
