INGREDIENTS
- Ragi flour - 1cup
- jaggery - 1/4cup
- coconut - 100gms
- water
- salt - 1pinch
- In a bowl add ragi flour, salt, and water, mix the flour with water by adding water. (add only a little water till flour holds shape)
- steam the ragi flour in idly cooker for 10 mins by sprinkle water.
- once steamed take flour and mix with jaggery and coconut.
- sweet ragi puttu is ready.
