OATS PANCAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • Oats - 1cup
  • Wheat flour - 1/2cup
  • Butter - 1/4cup
  • Milk - 1/4cup
  • Honey - 1/4cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2tsp
  • Water 
PREPARATION

  • In a mixer grinder grind the oats into a fine powder.
  • In a bowl add oats powder, wheat flour, honey, milk, baking soda, butter, vanilla essence, and mix well.
  • The batter should be thick in the consistency of dosa batter,(if the batter is so thick add little water to get that consistency)
  • Keep it aside for 5 -10 mins
  • In a dosa pan add little butter, pour the batter and cook both sides,(while pouring batter the pan should be hot)
  • Serve with honey or maple syrup or Nutella.
