Cooking time -15 mins
- Oats - 1cup
- Wheat flour - 1/2cup
- Butter - 1/4cup
- Milk - 1/4cup
- Honey - 1/4cup
- Baking soda - 1/2tsp
- Vanilla essence - 1/2tsp
- Water
- In a mixer grinder grind the oats into a fine powder.
- In a bowl add oats powder, wheat flour, honey, milk, baking soda, butter, vanilla essence, and mix well.
- The batter should be thick in the consistency of dosa batter,(if the batter is so thick add little water to get that consistency)
- Keep it aside for 5 -10 mins
- In a dosa pan add little butter, pour the batter and cook both sides,(while pouring batter the pan should be hot)
- Serve with honey or maple syrup or Nutella.
