SWEET CHAPATI

 Cooking time - 25 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Coconut - 1cup
  • Wheat flour - 2cups
  • Jaggery - 1/2cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1/4tsp
  • Salt - 1/4tsp
  • Water 
  • Ghee or butter 
PREPARATION

  • Take a bowl to add wheat flour, salt and water and make soft chapati dough.
  • In a pan add jaggery and 1/4cup water and cook till jaggery dissolves and strain and keep it aside(to clean the dust in jaggery).
  • The same pan add ghee (1tsp), coconut, cardamom powder and cook coconut gets light brown colour and add jaggery water and cook till it gets thick.(coconut should absorb jagger water and become thick)
  • Take the dough and make it into chapati by keeping the stuff (1tsp of coconut ) inside.
  • In a pan cook by adding ghee or butter.
