INGREDIENTS

  • Cooked basmati rice - 2cups
  • Onion-1
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Curry leaves 
  • Garlic - 5pods (finely chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Coriander leaves
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add oil and mustard seeds, onion, green chilli, and garlic pods .cook till onion changes its colour.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and rice, pepper powder, salt and mix well for 2 mins.
  • Lastly, add ghee and coriander leaves. simple lunch for kids.
