INGREDIENTS
- Cooked basmati rice - 2cups
- Onion-1
- Green chilli - 1
- Curry leaves
- Garlic - 5pods (finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
- Pepper powder - 1tsp
- Mustard seeds-1/4tsp
- Salt
- Oil
- Ghee
- Coriander leaves
- In a pan add oil and mustard seeds, onion, green chilli, and garlic pods .cook till onion changes its colour.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and rice, pepper powder, salt and mix well for 2 mins.
- Lastly, add ghee and coriander leaves. simple lunch for kids.
