INGREDIENTS
- Tomato - 3
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli - 2
- Curry leaves - 2tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 and a half tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Oil- 3tsp
- Water- 1/2cup
- Coriander leaves
- Urad dhal - 1/2tsp
- Chana dhal - 1/2tsp
- Make tomato into a puree.
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal, chana dhal, onion, green chilli, curry leaves and cook till onion changes its colour.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and cook for 2 mins.then add tomato puree and water.
- Close and cook till oil separates from the gravy.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Side dish for idly and dosa.
