INGREDIENTS
- Soya chunks - 250gms
- Onion - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Red chilli -2
- Tomato -1
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
- Urad dhal - 1/2tsp
- Channa dhal - 1/2tsp
- Jeera - 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
- Water
- In a pan add water, salt and cook the soya chunks. remove excess water and drain all water from soya.
- In a pan adds 2tsp of oil, mustard seeds, urad dhal, chana dhal, jeera and onion.once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, curry leaves and red chilli.
- Add tomatoes and chilli powder and cook tomatoes become mushy. then add cooked soya chunks. (if soya is big cut into small pieces )
- Check salt and cook for 5 mins and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Best side dish for rasam rice and variety rice.healthy food for kids.
