INGREDIENTS
- Wheat flour - 2cups
- Onion - 1
- Green chili - 3
- Curry leaves - 3tsp
- Carrot - 1/4cup grated ( optional)
- Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Coriander leaves - 2tsp
- Water
- Oil
- In a bowl add wheat flour, chopped onion, green chili, curry leaves, carrot, chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves.
- Add water in the mixture by little.mix the batter into a thick consistency.
- You can add any vegetables except mushrooms in the batter.
- Apply water in hand make a small ball from the batter.
- Make the dosa pan hot and keep the small ball batter in the pan and slightly make a circle by using hand.
- Pour oil and cook two sides.
- Healthy breakfast/dinner is ready.you can have with tomato chutney.
