GOTHUMAI ROTTI (WHEAT ROTTI)

INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat flour - 2cups
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chili - 3
  • Curry leaves - 3tsp
  • Carrot - 1/4cup grated ( optional)
  • Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Coriander leaves - 2tsp
  • Water
  • Oil
PREPARATION

  • In a bowl add wheat flour, chopped onion, green chili, curry leaves, carrot, chili powder, salt, and coriander leaves.
  • Add water in the mixture by little.mix the batter into a thick consistency.
  • You can add any vegetables except mushrooms in the batter.
  • Apply water in hand make a small ball from the batter.
  • Make the dosa pan hot and keep the small ball batter in the pan and slightly make a circle by using hand.
  • Pour oil and cook two sides.
  • Healthy breakfast/dinner is ready.you can have with tomato chutney.
