EGG WHEAT KOTHU PAROTTA

 Cooking time - 20 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat parotta - 6
  • Onion - 2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves- 1tsp
  • Green chili - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Chili powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1tsp
  • Salna or veg kurma or nonveg kurma - 1 and a half cups
  • Fennel seeds - 1/2tsp
  • Egg - 3
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil
PREPARATION
  • Cut the parotta in small pieces.in a bowl mix egg, turmeric powder, chili powder,garam masala, pepper powder, salt,3tsp of salna and keep it aside.
  • In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, onion. once onion becomes translucent color add green chili, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Then add tomato, red chili powder - 1/2tsp,garam masala - 1/2tsp, salt and cook for 5 mins.
  • Then add 1/2cup salna and cook for 5mins.
  • Then add egg mixture and cook for 5mins.
  • Add parotta and mix well. once parotta mixed with onion and egg add balance salna according to your taste and cook for 2-3mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves. check the salt and add into the dish because of salna and parotta which contains salt.
