INGREDIENTS
- Wheat parotta - 6
- Onion - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Curry leaves- 1tsp
- Green chili - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Chili powder - 1tsp
- Garam masala - 1tsp
- Salna or veg kurma or nonveg kurma - 1 and a half cups
- Fennel seeds - 1/2tsp
- Egg - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Salt
- Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
- Cut the parotta in small pieces.in a bowl mix egg, turmeric powder, chili powder,garam masala, pepper powder, salt,3tsp of salna and keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, onion. once onion becomes translucent color add green chili, curry leaves, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Then add tomato, red chili powder - 1/2tsp,garam masala - 1/2tsp, salt and cook for 5 mins.
- Then add 1/2cup salna and cook for 5mins.
- Then add egg mixture and cook for 5mins.
- Add parotta and mix well. once parotta mixed with onion and egg add balance salna according to your taste and cook for 2-3mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. check the salt and add into the dish because of salna and parotta which contains salt.
