- Potato - 2
- Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato - 1(finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
- green chili - 2
- Red chili powder - 2tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Coconut paste - 1/4cup
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- curry leaves
- coriander leaves
- Salt
- fennel seeds - 1/2tsp

- In a pan cut the potato into small pieces, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt .mix well and keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil, fennel seeds, onion, green chili, curry leaves, tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. cook till tomato becomes mushy.
- Then add potatoes in the mixture and coconut paste, salt and cook for 5 mins.add 1cup water in the gravy and cook for 2 whistles.
- After whistle has gone add 1 cup coconut milk and cook for 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
