STEAMED VEGETABLES GRAVY

INGREDIENTS

  • Onion- 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Capsicum - 1/2 cup
  • Steamed vegetables - 2cup (carrot,beans,cauliflower,peas)
  • Panner - 1/4cup(optional)
  • Cheese - 1/4cup (optional)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 3/4tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala - 3/4tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/4tsp
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Butter-1tsp
  • Oil - 1tsp
  • Coriander leaves
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add oil and butter,onions.once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add tomatoes, capsicum and cook well. once tomatoes become mushy add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala, pav bhaji masala, jeera powder and salt.
  • Mix well and add steamed vegetables.you can add any vegetables according to your preference except mushroom.
  • Add a half cup of water and cook well.in that add panner and cheese.
  • Close and cook for 10 mins.garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Side dish for roti, naan, chapati, jeera rice etc..
