- Onion- 1
- Tomato - 1
- Capsicum - 1/2 cup
- Steamed vegetables - 2cup (carrot,beans,cauliflower,peas)
- Panner - 1/4cup(optional)
- Cheese - 1/4cup (optional)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
- Garam masala powder - 3/4tsp
- Pav bhaji masala - 3/4tsp
- Jeera powder - 1/4tsp
- Salt
- Water
- Butter-1tsp
- Oil - 1tsp
- Coriander leaves
- In a pan add oil and butter,onions.once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomatoes, capsicum and cook well. once tomatoes become mushy add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala, pav bhaji masala, jeera powder and salt.
- Mix well and add steamed vegetables.you can add any vegetables according to your preference except mushroom.
- Add a half cup of water and cook well.in that add panner and cheese.
- Close and cook for 10 mins.garnish with coriander leaves.
- Side dish for roti, naan, chapati, jeera rice etc..
