INGREDIENTS
- Spinach - 200gms
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1/2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Red chilli - 2
- Urad dhal - 1tsp
- Channa dhal - 1tsp
- Jeera - 1tsp
- Pepper - 1/2tsp
- Coconut - 1/2cup
- Tamarind - 1small pinch
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Salt
- Oil
- In a pan add oil, urad dhal, chana dhal, jeera and pepper.
- Then add onion and cook for 5 mins.once onion changes in its colour add green chilli, red chilli and ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomato and cook till tomato becomes mushy. then add spinach, coconut, tamarind and red chilli powder.cook for 5-10mins.and off the stove.
- Grind the chutney and serve with dosa or idly.
