INGREDIENTS

  • Urad dhal - 1 cup
  • White Rava - 3tsp
  • Onion - 1/2cup
  • Green chili - 4-5
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Jeera - 1/2tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil-(For frying)
  • Water - 2-3tsp
PREPARATION

  • Soak urad dhal for 1hour.drain soaked water and grind urad dal into a fine paste in the mixer grinder. (don't add water for grinding because it absorbs more oil. add only a few drops of water for grinding)
  • In a bowl add the grounded paste, Rava, onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, jeera, pepper, and salt. (finely chop all ingredients)
  • Make oil heat and fry vada.
