- Urad dhal - 1 cup
- White Rava - 3tsp
- Onion - 1/2cup
- Green chili - 4-5
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Jeera - 1/2tsp
- Pepper - 1/2tsp
- Salt
- Oil-(For frying)
- Water - 2-3tsp
- Soak urad dhal for 1hour.drain soaked water and grind urad dal into a fine paste in the mixer grinder. (don't add water for grinding because it absorbs more oil. add only a few drops of water for grinding)
- In a bowl add the grounded paste, Rava, onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, jeera, pepper, and salt. (finely chop all ingredients)
- Make oil heat and fry vada.
