INGREDIENTS
- Idly - 8
- Onion - 1
- Curry leaves
- Idly podi - 4tsp
- Chili powder - 1/2tsp
- Mustard - 1/4tsp
- Urad dhal - 1/2tsp
- Channa dhal - 1/2tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil- 1tsp
- Ghee- 1tsp
- Cut the idly into small pieces. (you can use leftover idly).In a plate mix idly podi, chili powder, and salt and keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, chana dhal, urad dhal, and curry leaves. then add onion and cook well.
- Once onion changes its color add half of mixed podi and saute well.
- Add idly pieces and balance mixed podi and cook well for 5 mins.
- Then add ghee and coriander leaves and off the stove.
- Have it for breakfast or dinner. Healthy dish.
