INGREDIENTS
- Mushroom - 1pk
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 2
- Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2tsp
- Garam masala - 1tsp
- Chat masala - 1/4tsp
- Lemon juice - 2tsp
- Curd - 1/4cup
- Salt
- Jeera - 1/2tsp
- Sugar - 1/4tsp
- Oil
- Butter
- Kasturi methi
- Coriander leaves
- In a bowl add mushrooms, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder,garam masala, chat masala, curd, lemon juice, salt, and oil.mix everything and keep it marinated for 15mins.
- In a pan add 2tsp of oil and add marinated mushroom and cook for 10 mins.
- In a pan add butter, jeera, onion. saute till onion changes its colour. then add ginger garlic paste and tomato, red chilli powder,garam masala. cook till tomato becomes mushy. then grind the onion tomato in to paste by adding little water.
- Again in the same pan oil and gravy.add 1/2cup water and mix well and close and cook for 5-7 mins till the gravy becomes thicker.
- After 7 mins add mushrooms, salt, sugar and Kasturi methi and 1/4cup water and cook till oil separates from the gravy.
- Serve with chapatis, rotis.
