GARLIC BUTTER NAAN

INGREDIENTS

  • All-purpose flour - 2cup
  • Baking soda - 1/4tsp
  • Baking powder - 1tsp
  • Salt - 1tsp
  • Garlic -2tsp
  • Oil - 3tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2tsp
  • Curd - 1/2cup
  • Water
  • Butter - 2tsp
  • Kasturi methi or coriander leaves
PREPARATION

  • In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, garlic, and mix well.
  • Then add curd and mix well. add water gradually to make a soft dough.
  • Brush with oil in the dough and keep it in rest for 1and half hours .close the dough with a cloth.
  • In another bowl add 3tsp of butter, chopped 1tsp of garlic, and Kasturi methi or coriander leaves, and mix well.
  • After 1 and a half hours knead the dough and make it small sized balls.
  • Take one small ball sized dough and knead thin with the roller .
  • In a dosa tava, apply water on Tava and keep kneaded thin dough and cook for 1 min and turn the Tawa to fire and cook the upper side of naan.
  • Add mixed garlic butter on naan and remove it from Tava.
