INGREDIENTS
- All-purpose flour - 2cup
- Baking soda - 1/4tsp
- Baking powder - 1tsp
- Salt - 1tsp
- Garlic -2tsp
- Oil - 3tsp
- Sugar - 1/2tsp
- Curd - 1/2cup
- Water
- Butter - 2tsp
- Kasturi methi or coriander leaves
- In a bowl add all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, garlic, and mix well.
- Then add curd and mix well. add water gradually to make a soft dough.
- Brush with oil in the dough and keep it in rest for 1and half hours .close the dough with a cloth.
- In another bowl add 3tsp of butter, chopped 1tsp of garlic, and Kasturi methi or coriander leaves, and mix well.
- After 1 and a half hours knead the dough and make it small sized balls.
- Take one small ball sized dough and knead thin with the roller .
- In a dosa tava, apply water on Tava and keep kneaded thin dough and cook for 1 min and turn the Tawa to fire and cook the upper side of naan.
- Add mixed garlic butter on naan and remove it from Tava.
