WHEAT DOUGHNUTS

Cooking time - 3hours

INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat flour - 1cup
  • Sugar - 3tsp
  • Yeast - 1tsp 
  • Warm milk - 1/4cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2tsp
  • Cocoa powder - 2tsp
  • Powdered sugar - 5tsp
  • Normal milk - 2tsp
  • Sprinklers (optional)
  • Oil
PREPARATION
  • In a bowl add warm milk (not too hot ),yeast and sugar.let sit for 10 mins.
  • Take a bowl to add wheat flour,yeast milk mixture, and baking powder.
  • Knead for 10 mins and make it as the dough. add water if necessary for making the dough.
  • Brush oil and close with a cloth and leave for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours knead once again and cut the dough into small pieces and make a doughnut shape with doughnut cutter or with a big tumbler and small-cap.(make dough somewhat thick so that we can get big doughnuts).
  • Keep the doughnut pieces in a plate and brush with oil . and close with a towel and keep it aside for 1 hour. 
  • Fry doughnuts in medium hot oil.
  • In another bowl add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and milk.stir well..dip the one side of doughnuts in cocoa mixture. and add sprinkles.
  • Melt chocolate and dip the fried doughnuts.this is another way of chocolate doughnuts.
  • You can have doughnuts in a fridge in an airtight container for one day.
