- White Rava - 1cup
- Milk - 2and half cup
- Ghee - 3tsp
- Sugar - 3/4cup
- Cardamom - 2-3
- Cardamom powder - 1/2tsp
- Water- 1cup
- Oil
- In a [pan add 1tsp of ghee and add Rava and roast it. Then in the same pan add another spoon of ghee and milk(boiled and room temperature)and stir well without any lumps.once it cooked well add cardamom powder and off the stove. the correct consistency is that Rava should not stick on the pan.
- Cool them for 5 mins and make it to small balls.
- For sugar syrup add cardamom, sugar, and water in a pan and cook till sugar dissolves. once the sugar dissolves cook for another 5 mins and off the stove.
- In another pan keep oil for deep frying.oil should be in medium heat. fry the Rava balls and add in sugar syrup.
- After one - 2 hours Rava balls will bigger in size.
- Rava Jamun is ready.eat after 1-2 hours.
