CHANA KEBAB

Cooking time - 30 - 45mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Black chana - 1cup 
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chili - 2
  • Curry leaves-2tsp
  • Coriander leaves- 2tsp
  • Mint leaves-2tsp
  • Gram flour - 2tsp
  • Corn flour - 1tsp
  • Bread crumbs - 1/4cup
  • Red chili powder - 1tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2tsp
  • Chat masala - 1/2tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
PREPARATION

  • Soak chana overnight .pressure cook channa for 4-5 whistles.
  • Drain the water and grind channa without adding water.
  • In a bowl add grounded channa, onion, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves, gram flour, cornflour, bread crumbs, red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder,garam masala, chat masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  • Mix everything well and make it as a dove.
  • If the mixture is dry add channa cooked water for making dove. add water in spoons. (if you didn't get correct consistency then add bread crumbs or cornflour to adjust consistency)
  • Take small-sized ball make it to your desired shape.
  • Keep oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebab.
