BEETROOT KHEER

INGREDIENTS

  • Beetroot - 1cup (grated)
  • Sugar - 1/4cup
  • Condensed milk - 1/4cup
  • Milk - 1/2cup
  • Water - 1/2cup
  • Ghee - 3tsp
  • Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp
  • Cashew, Pista, badam, and raisins - 4tsp
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add 2tsp of ghee and roast nuts.
  • In the same pan add beetroot and saute well for 2 mins.then add milk to cook the beetroot.
  • After 10 mins add water, sugar, and condensed milk.
  • Then add ghee, cardamom powder, and roasted nuts and stir well.
  • Cook for 5 mins and off the stove.
  • Keep in the fridge and serve chill.
