- Beetroot - 1cup (grated)
- Sugar - 1/4cup
- Condensed milk - 1/4cup
- Milk - 1/2cup
- Water - 1/2cup
- Ghee - 3tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp
- Cashew, Pista, badam, and raisins - 4tsp
- In a pan add 2tsp of ghee and roast nuts.
- In the same pan add beetroot and saute well for 2 mins.then add milk to cook the beetroot.
- After 10 mins add water, sugar, and condensed milk.
- Then add ghee, cardamom powder, and roasted nuts and stir well.
- Cook for 5 mins and off the stove.
- Keep in the fridge and serve chill.
