INGREDIENTS

  • Green peas -1cup(dry)
  • onion - 1/2cup
  • tomato - 1/2cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Corriander powder - 1/2tsp
  • Green chutney - 2tsp(chat chutney)
  • Tamarind chutney - 1tsp
  • Curd - 2tsp
  • Chat masala - 1tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Poori -2(chat pooris)
  • Sev - 1/4cup
PREPARATION

  • Soak green peas over night.cook green peas for 2whistles.
  • In a pan add oil, onion,once onion cooked well add ginger garlic paste and tomato.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder.
  • Add cooked green peas, salt, water and amchur powder.
  • Cook for 10mins.
  • In a bowl add cooked ragda, green chutney, tamarind chutney, curd, sprinkle red chilli powder, chat masala, and onion.
  • Repeat the process for another layer.then add crushed poori and sev.
