INGREDIENTS
- Oats - 2cup
- White rava - 3tsp
- Wheat flour - 3tsp
- Onion -1/2cup
- Carrot - 1/2cup
- Capsicum - 1/2cup
- Green chili - 2
- Curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
- In a pan add oats and roast for 5mins.in a mixer grinder add oats and grind into a fine powder.
- In a bowl add oats powder, Rava, wheat flour, salt, onion, carrot, capsicum, green chili, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and water.
- Mix well. the batter should be in the consistency of dosa batter.
- Keep it aside for 30 mins.
- In a dosa pan make uthappam with the batter. healthy meal.
