HONEY CHILLI POTATO

Cooking time: 30 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Potato - 2
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Capsicum - 1/2
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 1tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1tsp
  • Honey - 2tsp
  • White sesame seeds - 1tsp (roasted)
  • Corn flour - 2tsp
  • Oil
  • Salt
PREPARATION

  • Peel the skin and cut the potato into small pieces(cut the potatoes into stick-shaped).
  • In a pan add water and cook the potato for 2-3 mins.
  • Strain the water and dry the potatoes .in a bowl add cornflour and mix the cooked potato and make them deep fry in oil.
  • Another pan add 2tsp of oil and onion.once onion cooked well add ginger garlic paste and capsicum.
  • After 3 mins add tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt and cook for 2 mins.
  • Then add cornflour paste( mix 1tsp of cornflour with 2tsp water).ccook for 3-4 mins and add 2 tsp of honey, fried potato and sesame seeds and off the stove.mix well.
