- Egg - 2
- Onion - 1/2
- Tomato - 1/4
- Green chilli - 1
- Ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4tsp
- Mutton masala or chicken masala - 1/4tsp
- Coriander powder -1/4tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Salt
- Butter-4tsp
- Kasturi methi
- Boil eggs and keep it ready. cut the egg into two pieces.
- In a plate add chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder.mix well.in a pan add 2tsp of butter and add all masalas and roast egg for 2-3 mins.
- In the same pan add 2tsp butter, onion, green chilli and cook for 3mins.once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste,
- Add tomato and cook until tomato becomes mushy. then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, mutton masala,garam masala and salt.
- Cook for 2 mins and 1/4cup water.
- Once the water started to boil add roasted eggs and cook until the gravy thickens.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and Kasturi methi.
