BUTTER EGG FRY

Cooking time:30 mins

INGREDIENTS
  • Egg - 2
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Tomato - 1/4
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1/2tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/4tsp
  • Mutton masala or chicken masala - 1/4tsp
  • Coriander powder -1/4tsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Butter-4tsp
  • Kasturi methi 
PREPARATION
  • Boil eggs and keep it ready. cut the egg into two pieces.
  • In a plate add chilli powder, pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder.mix well.in a pan add 2tsp of butter and add all masalas and roast egg for 2-3 mins.
  • In the same pan add 2tsp butter, onion, green chilli and cook for 3mins.once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste,
  • Add tomato and cook until tomato becomes mushy. then add chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, mutton masala,garam masala and salt.
  • Cook for 2 mins and 1/4cup water.
  • Once the water started to boil add roasted eggs and cook until the gravy thickens.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and Kasturi methi.
