SPICY PUFFED RICE (KARA PORI)

Cooking time: 15 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Puffed rice - 1cup
  • Onion - 1/4(finely chopped)
  • Tomato - 1/4(finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves 
  • Carrot - 1/4(finely chopped)
  • Boiled or roasted peanut  - 2tsp
  • Raw mango - 1/4(optional )
  • Coconut oil - 2tsp
  • Lemon juice - 2tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/2tsp - 1tsp
  • Salt(optional, because puffed rice will have salt in it)
PREPARATION
  • In a bowl add puffed rice, onion, tomato, carrot, coriander leaves, peanuts, raw mango, coconut, red chill powder, and salt.
  • Mix everything for a minute and have it.
  • Best snacks .dnt keep the mixture for more than 1/4 hour. the crispness of puffed rice will not be there.
