RAW BANANA CURRY LEAVES GHEE ROAST

Cooking time: 30 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Raw banana - 3( medium size)
  • Jeera - 2tsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1tsp
  • Garlic - 5
  • Pepper - 1tsp
  • Curry leaves - 1/2cup
  • Chili powder - 1&1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Ghee - 2- 3 tsp
  • Oil
PREPARATION

  • In a mixer grinder add jeera, fennel seeds, pepper, curry leaves, and garlic and make it into a fine paste. (without adding water)
  • In a pan add oil and fry the raw banana. (peel the skin and cut into small pieces)
  • In a pan add ghee, grounded masala, turmeric powder,hing, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • Cook for 3-4 mins and add raw banana and stir well for 5-10 mins.
  • Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • Side dish for variety rice and rasam rice.
