- Poori - 1pkt (store-bought)
- Boiled potato - 2
- Carrot -1
- Onion - 1
- Mint leaves - 1/2cup
- Green chili - 3-4
- Coriander leaves - 1/2cup
- Chat masala - 2tsp
- Jeera - 1tsp
- Pani poori masala - 2tsp
- Salt
- Amchur powder - 1tsp or lemon -1
- Dates - 10
- Red chili powder - 1tsp
- Jaggery - 2tsp or sugar
- Tamarind water - 1cup
PANI
- In a mixer grinder add green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, jeera, amchur powder, and chat masala.grind in to paste and by adding 1-2 cups of water.
- Strain it and add salt and panipoori masala and keep it in a fridge for 15-20 mins.
- In a pan add dates, red chili powder, jaggery, and tamarind water and cook for 10-15 mins.
- Grind it into a fine paste.
- Heat oil and fry pooris and keep it aside.
- In a bowl mash boiled potato and add onion, coriander leaves, salt, and chat masala.mix it well...
- Make a hole in a poori and keep potato stuffing add sweet chutney and add pani and eat...
