PANI POORI

Cooking time: 60 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Poori - 1pkt (store-bought)
  • Boiled potato - 2
  • Carrot -1
  • Onion - 1
  • Mint leaves - 1/2cup
  • Green chili - 3-4
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2cup
  • Chat masala - 2tsp
  • Jeera - 1tsp
  • Pani poori masala - 2tsp
  • Salt
  • Amchur powder - 1tsp or lemon -1
  • Dates - 10
  • Red chili powder - 1tsp
  • Jaggery - 2tsp or sugar
  • Tamarind water - 1cup
PREPARATION
    PANI

  • In a mixer grinder add green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, jeera, amchur powder, and chat masala.grind in to paste and by adding 1-2 cups of water.
  • Strain it and add salt and panipoori masala and keep it in a fridge for 15-20 mins.
TAMARIND CHUTNEY (SWEET CHUTNEY)

  • In a pan add dates, red chili powder, jaggery, and tamarind water and cook for 10-15 mins.
  • Grind it into a fine paste.
PANI POORI
  • Heat oil and fry pooris and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl mash boiled potato and add onion, coriander leaves, salt, and chat masala.mix it well...
  • Make a hole in a poori and keep potato stuffing add sweet chutney and add pani and eat...
