INGREDIENTS
- Capsicum - 1
- Onion-1
- Tomato -1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Groundnuts- 2tsp
- White sesame seeds -2tsp
- Coriander seeds -1tsp
- Red chilli - 5
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Amchur powder- 1/4tsp (optional)
- Curry leaves
- Coconut - 2-3tsp
- Kasturi methi
- Coriander leaves
- Oil
- Salt
- Water
- In a pan add 1tsp of oil, add groundnuts, white sesame seeds, coriander seeds, curry leaves , red chilli and curry leaves.roast and grind into a powder.
- In a pan add 2-3tsp of oil, onion,ginger-garlic paste, tomato and wait till oil separates from the gravy.
- Add capsicum and grounded paste, salt, turmeric powder and amchur powder and cook for 3-5 mins and add water 1 cup.
- Close and cook for 10-15 mins till oil separates from the gravy.
- Garnish with Kasturi methi and coriander leaves.
