INGREDIENTS
- Boiled Potato - 1
- Onion -1
- Ginger and garlic paste-1tsp
- Vegetables - 1 cup (any kind of veggies according to your preference except mushroom)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
- Red chili powder - 1/4tsp
- Jeera powder - 1/4tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
- Maggi masala -1-2tsp
- Amchur powder - 1/4tsp
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
- Breadcrumbs
- Maida flour
- Maggi -1pkt
- In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, and onion.once onion cooked well add vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, jeera powder, Maggi masala and pepper powder.
- Cook for 5-10 mins by adding water and salt.
- Once the vegetables cooked add boiled mashed potato, bread crumbs 3tsp, coriander leaves and mix well and off the stove.
- Make it into balls.
- On another plate add bread crumbs and Maggi. (crush the Maggi into small pieces).
- In one bowl add maida flour and water 2tsp for the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
- Make the balls according to your convenient shape, dip in the maida batter and coat it with breadcrumbs and Maggi and deep fry in oil.
