MAGGI CUTLET

INGREDIENTS

  • Boiled Potato - 1
  • Onion -1
  • Ginger and garlic paste-1tsp
  • Vegetables - 1 cup (any kind of veggies according to your preference except mushroom)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1/4tsp
  • Jeera powder - 1/4tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
  • Maggi masala -1-2tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/4tsp
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Maida flour
  • Maggi -1pkt
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, and onion.once onion cooked well add vegetables, turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder, jeera powder, Maggi masala and pepper powder.
  • Cook for 5-10 mins by adding water and salt.
  • Once the vegetables cooked add boiled mashed potato, bread crumbs 3tsp, coriander leaves and mix well and off the stove.
  • Make it into balls.
  • On another plate add bread crumbs and Maggi. (crush the Maggi into small pieces).
  • In one bowl add maida flour and water 2tsp for the batter.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • Make the balls according to your convenient shape, dip in the maida batter and coat it with breadcrumbs and Maggi and deep fry in oil.
