INGREDIENTS
- Basmathi rice - 1cup
- Garlic -10nos
- Onion - 1
- Mustard seeds -1/4tsp
- Curry leaves
- Red chilli - 2
- Green chilli - 1
- Pepper powder - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Chilli powder or sambar powder - 1/4tsp
- Groundnuts -5to7
- Kasturi methi
- Salt
- Oil
- Soak basmati rice with 2 cups of water for 10 mins.pressure cook for 2 whistles and make it cool and keep it aside.
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, groundnuts, onion, garlic, green chilli and red chilli
- Once onion and garlic cooked well add turmeric powder, pepper powder and chilli powder.
- Add rice, salt and Kasturi methi and saute well.
- Serve hot...
