Cooking time: 30 minsINGREDIENTS
- Besan flour - 2tsp
- Oil- 3tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Chana dal-1/2tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2tsp
- Onion- 1cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Fennel seeds - 1/4tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato puree - 1/2cup
- Salt
- Water - 1 cup
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, onion, curry leaves and green chilli.
- Once onion cooked well add ginger garlic paste. after 3 mins add tomato puree, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt
- When the oil separates from gravy add the besan flour mix. (mix 2tsp of besan flour with one cup of water)
- Cook for 15 mins and garnish with coriander leaves.
