PALAK KEERAI POTATO MASIYAL

INGREDIENTS

  • Palak keerai - 2cups
  • Boiled potato - 1
  • Onion - 1
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chili - 2
  • Coconut-1/2cup
  • Red chili- 3
  • Garlic- 3
  • Roasted bengal gram- 1tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
  • Urad dal - 1/2tsp
  • Chana dal - 1/2tsp
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Salt 
PREPARATION
  • In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chili, and onion.
  • Once the onion is cooked well add palak keerai, salt, water and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add boiled potato (cut into small pieces) and cook for another 5 mins
  • Add coconut, red chili, roasted Bengal gram in a mixture grinder and ground into powder without adding water.
  • Add the ground paste in the pan.
  • Cook for another 5 mins and off the stove.
