INGREDIENTS
- Palak keerai - 2cups
- Boiled potato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Curry leaves
- Green chili - 2
- Coconut-1/2cup
- Red chili- 3
- Garlic- 3
- Roasted bengal gram- 1tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
- Urad dal - 1/2tsp
- Chana dal - 1/2tsp
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
- In a pan add oil, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, curry leaves, green chili, and onion.
- Once the onion is cooked well add palak keerai, salt, water and cook for 5 mins.
- Add boiled potato (cut into small pieces) and cook for another 5 mins
- Add coconut, red chili, roasted Bengal gram in a mixture grinder and ground into powder without adding water.
- Add the ground paste in the pan.
- Cook for another 5 mins and off the stove.
