MUSHROOM MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • Mushroom - 1 and a half cups
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
  • Cinnamon,cloves,cardamom- 1
  • Poppy seeds - 1tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 5
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
  • Chili powder - 1tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • Kasturi methi - 1tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1tsp
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add oil cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and onion.once onion cooked well add ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts, poppy seeds, and tomato and cook well and make into a paste.
  • In a pan add oil, cumin seeds. once it cooked well add the ground paste and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
  • Wait till oil separates from the gravy.
  • Then add mushrooms, salt, and half cup water.
  • Garnish with Kasturi methi and lemon juice.
