- Mushroom - 1 and a half cups
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
- Cinnamon,cloves,cardamom- 1
- Poppy seeds - 1tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1tsp
- Cashew nuts - 5
- Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
- Chili powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Kasturi methi - 1tsp
- Lemon juice - 1tsp
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
- In a pan add oil cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and onion.once onion cooked well add ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts, poppy seeds, and tomato and cook well and make into a paste.
- In a pan add oil, cumin seeds. once it cooked well add the ground paste and cook for 5 mins.
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala.
- Wait till oil separates from the gravy.
- Then add mushrooms, salt, and half cup water.
- Garnish with Kasturi methi and lemon juice.
