Cooking time - 30 minsINGREDIENTS
- Idiyappam - 10 numbers or sevai - 2pks
- onion - 1
- ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
- green chilli - 3
- mint and coriander leaves
- veggies including mushrooms - 1and half cups
- chilli powder - 1 tsp
- pepper powder - 1tsp
- jeera - 1/2tsp
- salt
- oil and ghee
- lemon juice - 2tsp
- Heat the idiyappam and finely chop into small pieces. (if you have sevai you can add that by making into small pieces).
- In a pan add oil and ghee, jeera, onion, once onion cooked well add ginger garlic paste.
- after 2 mins add green chilli, mint and coriander leaves.cook for a min and add veggies excluding mushrooms. (saute mushrooms separately in butter and add it into veggies once other vegetables are cooked)
- cook for 5-7 mins till vegetables cook well. then add idiyappam,chilli powder and pepper powder and salt.
- saute well for 5 mins and add lemon juice and off the stove.
- garnish with coriander leaves.
