EGG CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs - 2
  • Onion - 1 cup
  • Tomato puree- 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Chilli powder - 1 and half tsp
  • Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Water
  • Coriander leaves
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add 3 tsp of oil,fennel seeds and onion.
  • Once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.Then add tomato puree.(tomato and green chilli should be grinded)
  • Once the oil separates from gravy add turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala and coriander powder. cook for 5 mins and add half cup water.close the pan and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add eggs in the gravy.(you can add eggs by boiling or pour eggs without beating after 3 mins turn the side and cook ).
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Side dish for idly and dosa.
