- Eggs - 2
- Onion - 1 cup
- Tomato puree- 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Chilli powder - 1 and half tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
- Water
- Coriander leaves
- In a pan add 3 tsp of oil,fennel seeds and onion.
- Once onion changes its colour add ginger garlic paste and curry leaves.Then add tomato puree.(tomato and green chilli should be grinded)
- Once the oil separates from gravy add turmeric powder,chilli powder,garam masala and coriander powder. cook for 5 mins and add half cup water.close the pan and cook for 5 mins.
- Add eggs in the gravy.(you can add eggs by boiling or pour eggs without beating after 3 mins turn the side and cook ).
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Side dish for idly and dosa.
