Cooking time : 30 minsINGREDIENTS
- Clove - 2
- Cinnamon -1
- Cardamom - 2
- Bay leaf - 1
- Curry leaves
- Green chilli - 2
- Onion - 1
- Ginger - 2 tsp
- Vegetables - 1 and half cup ( carrot,beans,cauliflower,potato)
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Light coconut milk - 2 cup
- Water
- Coconut oil
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- In a pan add coconut oil,clove,cinnamon,bay leaf and cardamom.
- Then add onion,ginger,green chilli,curry leaves.
- Once onion cooked well add vegetables and cook for 5 mins .
- Add light coconut milk and 1 cup water.vegetables should cook in coconut milk.
- Then add pepper powder and salt.once the vegetables cooked add thick coconut milk and cook for another 2 mins and off the stove.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Eat with idiyappam and appam.
