Cooking time: 4 hours
INGREDIENTS
- Moong dal - 2 cups
- Green chilli - 2
- Red chilli - 1
- Ginger - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Salt
- Water
- Soak moong dal for 3 hours.
- In a mixer grinder add moong dal, ginger, green chilli, red chilli, cumin seeds, salt and water.
- Grind the paste in the consistency of dosa batter.
- Don't need to ferment the batter.
- Make dosa once batter is ready.
- Goes good with tomato chutney.
