MOONG DAL DOSA


Cooking time: 4 hours

INGREDIENTS


  • Moong dal - 2 cups
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Red chilli - 1
  • Ginger - 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt
  • Water
PREPARATION

  • Soak moong dal for 3 hours.
  • In a mixer grinder add moong dal, ginger, green chilli, red chilli, cumin seeds, salt and water.
  • Grind the paste in the consistency of dosa batter.
  • Don't need to ferment the batter.
  • Make dosa once batter is ready.
  • Goes good with tomato chutney.
