PANEER ROLL

Cooking time: 45 mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer - 150 gms
  • Curd - 7tsp
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
  • Chat masala - 1 tsp
  • Amchur powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 3 tsp
  • Mint leaves- 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Ginger - a small pinch 
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Wheat flour- 1 cup
  • Water
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise ( optional )


PREPARATION

  • In a bowl add paneer ( cut into small cube size), curd - 3 tsp, chilli powder, coriander powder,garam masala, chat masala - 1/2 tsp, amchur powder, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice - 2 tsp.
  • Marinate everything and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Then in a pan add 4 tsp of oil and fry the paneer.
Mint chutney
  • In a mixer grinder add mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilli, curd, jeera, sugar, chat masala and salt.
  • Grind everything well.
Roll
  • In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Make a dove for chapati.
  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Make chapati in a hot pan and keep it aside.
  • In a chapati spread, mint chutney and mayonnaise keep some vegetables add paneer and roll it.
  • Have with ketchup or mint chutney.
