INGREDIENTS
- Merakai -1
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1
- Channa dal-1tsp
- Urad dal-1tsp
- Red chilli-3
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Coconut-2tsp
- Tamarin-small pinch
- Oil
- Peel the skin of merakai, Add 1 tsp of oil and chopped merakai and cook for 5 mins.
- In a pan add oil, chana dal, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves, onion...
- Once the onion is cooked well add tomato and merakai, coconut and tamarind.
- Add salt and little water for grinding.
- Serve with idly or dosa.
- Healthy breakfast for kids.
