INGREDIENTS
- Onion -1
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- Carrot -1/4cup
- Beans - 1/4cup
- Capsicum- 1/4cup
- Tomato -1/4cup
- Tomato puree- 1/4cup
- Cauliflower -1/4cup
- Paneer -1/4cup
- Green chilli - 2
- Salt
- Ghee and butter
- Chilli powder -2tsp
- Garam masala- 1tsp
- Lemon juice -3tsp
- Coriander leaves
- In a pan add ghee and butter and add onions.then add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.
- Steam or boil the vegetables. (carrot, beans, cauliflower).
- Add capsicum tomatoes and tomato puree and cook for 5 mins, then add chilli powder and garam masala powder and close and cook till oil separates from the gravy.
- Then add vegetables, panner and salt and little water.
- Cook for another 5 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Before serving add lime juice and finely chopped onion on the dish and serve.
