VEG KHEMA MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • Onion -1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Carrot -1/4cup
  • Beans - 1/4cup
  • Capsicum- 1/4cup
  • Tomato -1/4cup
  • Tomato puree- 1/4cup
  • Cauliflower -1/4cup
  • Paneer -1/4cup
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Salt
  • Ghee and butter 
  • Chilli powder -2tsp
  • Garam masala- 1tsp
  • Lemon juice -3tsp
  • Coriander leaves 
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add ghee and butter and add onions.then add green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.
  • Steam or boil the vegetables. (carrot, beans, cauliflower).
  • Add capsicum tomatoes and tomato puree and cook for 5 mins, then add chilli powder and garam masala powder and close and cook till oil separates from the gravy.
  • Then add vegetables, panner and salt and little water.
  • Cook for another 5 mins.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Before serving add lime juice and finely chopped onion on the dish and serve.
