RADISH CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

  • Radish - 2
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1
  • Garlic-3pcs
  • Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
  • Pepper -1/2tsp
  • Channa dal - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chilli and red chilli - 3
  • Tamarind - a small piece
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Coconut - 1/4cup 

PREPARATION
  • Peel the skin of radish and cut into small pieces.
  • In a pan add little oil and cook radish for 5 to 10 mins till the colour of radish changed.
  • In a pan add little oil and add channa dal, urad dal, cumin seeds and pepper.
  • Add onion and garlic cook for 5 mins till the onion gets brown colour, with that add green and red chilli and curry leaves.
  • Then add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins then add radish .coconut, tamarind and salt and cook for another 5 mins.
  • Make it cool and grind the mixture in a mixture grinder.
  • Temper with fried mustard and curry leaves.
