INGREDIENTS
- Radish - 2
- Onion - 1
- Tomato - 1
- Garlic-3pcs
- Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
- Pepper -1/2tsp
- Channa dal - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Green chilli and red chilli - 3
- Tamarind - a small piece
- Salt
- Oil
- Coconut - 1/4cup
PREPARATION
- Peel the skin of radish and cut into small pieces.
- In a pan add little oil and cook radish for 5 to 10 mins till the colour of radish changed.
- In a pan add little oil and add channa dal, urad dal, cumin seeds and pepper.
- Add onion and garlic cook for 5 mins till the onion gets brown colour, with that add green and red chilli and curry leaves.
- Then add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins then add radish .coconut, tamarind and salt and cook for another 5 mins.
- Make it cool and grind the mixture in a mixture grinder.
- Temper with fried mustard and curry leaves.
