INGREDIENTS
- White chickpeas - 1/2cup
- Black chickpeas -1/2cup
- Green gram - 1/2 cup
- Horse gram - 1/2 cup
- Red cowpeas (Thatta payir ) - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1cup
- Green chilli - 3
- Garlic - 4pcs
- Mint leaves - 1/4cup
- Coriander leaves -1/4cup
- Lemon juice - 3tsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/2tsp
- Coriander powder - 1tsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Soak all the pulses overnight or for 8hours.
- Drain all the water and add in the mixer grinder.
- With that add onion, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds.coriander seeds, salt, lemon juice.
- Grind the mixture into a coarse paste. ( don't add water for grinding )
- Make the mixture into small balls. ( after making balls keep in the fridge for 10 mins)
- In a pan add oil and deep fry the balls. (keep the oil in low medium heat, fry the balls in hot oil.)
