BREAD HALWA

Cooking time: 15mins

INGREDIENTS

  • Wheat bread - 5slices
  • Milk -50 ml
  • Sugar - 20 gms
  • Condensed milk - 3tsp
  • Ghee - 5tsp
  • Cashew nuts, raisins and badam - 2tsp
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add ghee and roast the nuts. once the nuts roasted take it away and add bread slices. (cut the bread slices into small pieces)
  • Roast the bread slices for 4-5 mins.
  • Add milk and sugar once the bread roasted.  
  • Mix everything well and cook for 10 mins and add roasted nuts.
