WHITE SAUCE MACARONI

Cooking time: 60 mins

Ingredients

  • Macaroni - 200gms ( 1cup)
  • Milk - 150 ml
  • All-purpose flour- 1and half tsp
  • Butter -3tsp
  • Cheese-75gms
  • Carrot-1/4 cup
  • Capsicum-1/4cup
  • Mushroom-1l4cup
  • Onion - 1/4cup
  • Garlic-5
  • Italian herbs- 2tsp
  • Pepper Powder-2tsp
  • Chilli flakes-1tsp
  • Salt
Preparation

  • Cook macaroni in boiling water by adding one spoon of olive oil or butter.
  • In a pan add butter and add garlic and onion and add all vegetables and saute for 5 mins,
  • Then add salt, Italian herbs, black pepper, chilli flakes.
  • Take another pan and add butter, all-purpose flour and cook for a minute then add milk and stir well.
  • Once the milk started to boil add cheese ( any kind of cheese ) and Italian herbs, black pepper powder, and chilli flakes, cook till the cheese gets mixed with the sauce.
  • Then add the sauce into cooked vegetables and macaroni and mix well.
  • If you want you can add little more Italian herbs and chilli flakes,
  • Before serving, serve with grated cheese on top.
  • Eat while it is hot.
