VEGGIE OMELETTE

Cooking time: 05mins ( one omelette)

INGREDIENTS

  • Gram flour - 3tsp
  • All-purpose flour - 1tsp
  • Rice flour- 1/2tsp
  • Baking powder -1/4tsp (optional)
  • Onion- 1tsp
  • Carrot-1/2tsp
  • Capsicum -1/2tsp
  • Green chilli -1/2
  • Curry leaves -1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder -1/2tsp
  • Chilli powder -1/2tsp
  • Salt 
  • Coriander leaves
  • Butter
  • Water
PREPARATION

  • In a bowl add gram flour, all-purpose flour, rice flour, salt, baking powder and water.
  • Make the batter in the consistency of dosa batter.
  • Then add all veggies, pepper powder and chilli powder.
  • Mix everything well.
  • In a dosa pan add little butter and pour the batter and cook on both sides.
  • You can add cheese above the omelette.
  • Eat with ketchup.
