TOMATO SAUCE MACARONI

Cooking time: 30 mins

INGREDIENTS
  • Macaroni - 200gms ( 1cup)
  • Pasta sauce - 3tsp
  • soya sauce- 1and half tsp
  • Butter -3tsp
  • Tomato sauce -2tsp
  • Chilli sauce - 1tsp
  • Mayonnaise-2tsp
  • Cheese-75gms
  • Carrot-1/4 cup
  • Capsicum-1/4cup
  • Mushroom-1/4cup
  • Onion - 1/4cup
  • Garlic-5
  • Italian herbs- 2tsp
  • Pepper Powder-2tsp
  • Chilli flakes-1tsp
  • Salt
PREPARATION
  • Cook macaroni in boiling water by adding one spoon of olive oil or butter.
  • In a pan add butter and add garlic and onion and add all vegetables and saute for 5 mins.
  • once the vegetables are cooked add soya sauce, tomato sauce, pasta sauce or pizza sauce, mayonnaise, chilli sauce and cook for few mins.
  • Then add macaroni, salt, Italian herbs, black pepper, chilli flakes and cheese.
  • Before serving, serve with grated cheese on top.
  • Eat while it is hot.
