INGREDIENTS
- Mushroom - 250 gms
- Small onion - 1 cup
- Green chilli -3
- Curry leaves - 2tsp
- Pepper powder - 5 to 6tsp
- Salt
- Butter and oil - 1tsp
- Water
- Clean and cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
- In a pan add oil and butter then add small onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
- Once the onion is cooked add mushrooms, salt and 3-4 tsp of pepper.
- Add little water to mushrooms for cooking.
- Once the mushrooms are cooked well add balance pepper powder and coriander leaves and stir well and serve hot.
