PEPPER MUSHROOM

INGREDIENTS

  • Mushroom - 250 gms
  • Small onion - 1 cup
  • Green chilli -3
  • Curry leaves - 2tsp
  • Pepper  powder - 5 to 6tsp
  • Salt 
  • Butter and oil - 1tsp
  • Water
PREPARATION

  • Clean and cut the mushrooms into small pieces. 
  • In a pan add oil and butter then add small onion, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Once the onion is cooked add mushrooms, salt and 3-4 tsp of pepper.
  • Add little water to mushrooms for cooking.
  • Once the mushrooms are cooked well add balance pepper powder and coriander leaves and stir well and serve hot.
