- Bhindi - 250gms
- Onion -1
- Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
- Tomato puree-1/4cup
- Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
- Chilli powder-1tsp
- Coriander powder-1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
- Cumin powder-1/4tsp
- Garam masala -1/2tsp
- Amchur powder -1/2tsp
- Curd -2tsp
- Salt
- Water
- Butter and oil
- In a pan add oil and saute the bhindi for few mins. (stickiness of bhindi should not be there)
- Take the bhindi out and add oil and butter,
- Then add cumin seeds, onion and ginger-garlic paste. once the ginger-garlic pastes cooked well add tomato puree and add all masalas and mix well.
- Add little water and close the pan for few mins till the oil separates from the gravy.
- Then add curd and mix well. then add salt and bhindi in the gravy,
- Stir well and garnish with coriander leaves.
