BHINDI MASALA

INGREDIENTS

  • Bhindi - 250gms
  • Onion -1
  • Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
  • Tomato puree-1/4cup
  • Cumin seeds -1/2tsp
  • Chilli powder-1tsp
  • Coriander powder-1/2tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/4tsp
  • Garam masala -1/2tsp
  • Amchur powder -1/2tsp
  • Curd -2tsp
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Butter and oil
PREPARATION

  • In a pan add oil and saute the bhindi for few mins. (stickiness of bhindi should not be there) 
  • Take the bhindi out and add oil and butter,
  • Then add cumin seeds, onion and ginger-garlic paste. once the ginger-garlic pastes cooked well add tomato puree and add all masalas and mix well.
  • Add little water and close the pan for few mins till the oil separates from the gravy.
  • Then add curd and mix well. then add salt and bhindi in the gravy,
  • Stir well and garnish with coriander leaves.
